Hey, I think it's best not to take ebay feedback too seriously. No
one has ever suffered serious harm from a negative or neutral. So long
as you are honest and straightforward and stay calm and rational,
answering other ratings if necessary with factual information, you're
fine.
A prospective buyer/seller would be more cautious about someone who
rants and raves and USES ALL CAPITALS WITH LOTS OF EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!
than someone who got a poor feedback or two, so long as it was clear
what had happened.
It's kinda like the situation with Usenet flame wars -- people really
take this sh*t too seriously. It's only a few electrons bouncing
around.
