There are people who have tighter budgets than you, to whom 30EUR means
more or is harder to come by.  When I bought my first camera $10.00 made a
difference.  Now I spend $10.00 on a cup of coffee and a croissant.

Years ago Pentax offered a Spotmatic 500 - only difference between it and a
regular Spotmatic was the top shutter speed.  The price difference was not
very much, but it made a big enough difference to some people that they
bought the 500 instead.

You can't judge or guess the needs of others only by your standards and
those in your socio-economic group.
