My opinion?  That's crooked.

I new a fellow once who liked to 'try things before buying them'.  He'd go to 
Target (a large department store chain the US) and buy expensive things, 
knowing that they had a 30-day no-questions-asked warrantee.  He'd return it on 
day 29, whether he liked it or not, whether he used it or not.

Threatening someone with a negative feedback after using it for nearly 90 days? 
 Another example of why I won't sell anything on eBay anymore.

I have zero respect for anyone who would do that.
