In my k-mount days, I had the SMC-P 55/1.8 and really liked it so when I found this screw mount version (pretty much the same lens I think) for $20 I grabbed it for the 20D. One of the ex's other cats clawed him in the eye blinding it, then he was shot by the horrible neighbor's kid and still has the BB under the skin just above his other eye. Still, he is very fit for a 12 year old cat and still manages to catch birds... in flight! On top of that, of the 4 cats my ex has, he has the best personality by far. He's also the only cat i know who has chest, arm-pit, and pubic hair....
