Yes...  yes i can.  In my k-mount days, I had the SMC-P 55/1.8 and really
liked it so when I found this screw mount version (pretty much the same lens
I think) for $20 I grabbed it for the 20D.  Like you said, i can see where
it would make a great portrait combo.  Very similar to the Tak-bayonet
135/2.5 on the LX.

Thanks, Shel.  I "rescued" this particular cat back when I was still married
to the ex.  One of the ex's other cats clawed him in the eye blinding it,
then he was shot by the horrible neighbor's kid and still has the BB under
the skin just above his other eye.  Still, he is very fit for a 12 year old
cat and still manages to catch birds... in flight!  On top of that, of the 4
cats my ex has, he has the best personality by far.  He's also the only cat
i know who has chest, arm-pit, and pubic hair.... (check out the white tuft
of hair on his chest; his pits and pubes have the same stiff, white hair)
