Yes, it was quite a spectacular show. I was on Upper Dwyer Hill Road, watching it roll in. Part of me was wanting to get my camera and take photos and the other part was wanting to get home before the power went off so I could cook my tea. Food won. It was late, after all. I've only ever used my MX for lightning photography. Basically set the shutter to "B" and held it open until after the flash. Very unscientific :-) Wendy Wendy Beard Ottawa, Canada
