The -5n has stepless shutter speeds so you can achieve this with aperture
selection or exposure compensation or manual ISO selection, the latter was
the only reason to read the manual other than mid-roll rewind.
Oh, you can do it with ML as well.
If the above were satisfactory solutions, the camera could have lived
without the shutter-speed selector. The fact of the matter is you
cannot have Tv if you desire half stops.
