why do you think everyone shoots RAW and sharpens as part of their post processing? they really ought to be using a proper deblur filter instead ofUnsharp Mask, but until Photoshop CS2, you had to pay extra for one.I've also found that over-sampling provides more detail as such I rarelydemosaic to the "native" pixel array dimensions but to at least 11MP.
Now that's interpolating... ;-)
