The war on drugs is like what the war on alcohol was back during prohibition. All it did then was make gangsters rich and that's all it does now. The generation of the '20's learned it's lesson and repealed prohibition.

We've got to stop trying to interfere with natural selection. It's like beating our heads against a wall to cure a headache.
