Bummer, I used to use D3200/T-Max regularly in my stage work, I miss the
cameras I used to use but I now have markedly better results using my DSLR.

I still shoot the same way, fast lenses nearly wide open, usually a 20 or 24
(depending on how close the performers are to the stage edge and how close I
can get), a 31 or 50 for band wide view and a long lens of 85 to 200 depending
on the venue again. No flash, high ISO, no coffee, no coke, use walls, chairs
or anything else for stability.

Pre-determine your exposure settings based on the main lighting patterns, try
to keep your shutter speed up to 1/60 or faster to reduce blur due to subject
movement. Pre-focus, listen to the track and pick the points to hit the shutter
button when the action is either hyper or very sedate, anything between is
difficult to present as a still image. Great shots can be had on or just after
the last note :-)
