Very nice capture. Good subject & composition ( I like the positioning of
the perch in the frame). I really like the background coloration.
I'd like just a tad less exposure as on my monitor there are several
hotspots in the yellow & white feathers.
I wonder how much you'd have to dial back the flash exposure to eliminate
(if possible) the flash catch light in the bird's eye.
