Hi William we have the same schizophrenic situation with the national project for the protection of the wolf. They give compensation to the farmers for the damage the wolf causes. But If a wolf kills more than 25 sheep in total, the hunters are allowed to shoot him. I don't know how many of these wonderful animals can count...
