we have the same schizophrenic situation with the national project for the
protection of the wolf.
They give compensation to the farmers for the damage the wolf causes.
But If a wolf kills more than 25 sheep in total, the hunters are allowed
to
shoot him.
I don't know how many of these wonderful animals can count...
We have problems here with coyotes raiding sheep pastures and foxes getting
into hen houses.
When you set up a smorgasbord, you can expect customers.
We've found that if you put a couple of donkeys in with the sheep, the poor
coyotes don't stand a chance.......
I don't know if this would work with wolves though.
Oh yes, and lock your hen houses.
