Hi, Bill.
Thanks again for your help.
I just can't believe what this man is saying.
I sent him an email to know if they received the money. They told me yes,
we received and sent the camera. Ok, I calculated the aprox. delay for air
shipping, its about 2 weeks. I waited. Time passed and I started to really
worry. I asked him to trace the item. He told me Canadian Post office just
can trace it up to when it leaves the home country. He told me wait some
more time. Ok, I waited. Absolutely nothing. I asked again. He told me he
asked the Post office for a full tracking, and that I must wait. Nothing
else.
I waited and waited. I sent one message every Monday asking for some news,
and with a horrible 0 answer. I never sent 30 messages. It was 1 or 2 a
week, but nothing else, and I think it's ok seeing you don't receive an
answer. Time passes and you get more and more frustrated.
He NEVER EVER told me the item reached my country. His last email to me was
in June 12, with the next content (see also my agressive inquiry below):
Albano,
I gave you an answer a few days ago. We are having the Canada Post track
the shipment. This is important because if they determine that they have
lost it they will reimburse us for part of the value of the item. I know
it
has been a long time and again I am sorry but it is beyond our control.
The
truth of the matter is that we list the item with no guarantees of delivery
and that it will be shipped air mail unless otherwise requested. This is
the agreement and if it gets lost in shipping it is not deliberate on our
part. I hope that you understand our position. I should also note that we
have no proof that you didn't receive the item and are taking it on faith
that you didn't. I would think it reasonable for someone who buys over
ebay
to bear this in mind. Again, give us a few more days to find out what the
post office says and we'll go from there.
Kevin

Two weeks more and nothing happened. And I would love to see were in the
bid page was the next thing:
"we list the item with no guarantees of delivery and that it will be
shipped air mail unless otherwise requested."
So I asumed two months was enough to consider myself fucked up. I decided
to share my frustration with the list members.
Nothing else.
I'm a honest young man. You can ask Dario Bonazza, David Chernicoff, Peter
at CamDir, Collin Brendemuehl. I traded with them and didn't scamed nobody.
Aaargh... I would love to be in Alberta to make a warm visit to Mr. Kevin
