Hopefully it wouldn't come to that, though if it does, then
there would likely be a few people willing to go to bat as
Albano's local agent. We Canadians have, unfortunately, gotten
fairly used to being able to pass the buck and not take
responsibility for our actions and failings to act. This is an
unfortunate reflection of Canadian society.
