No.  But apart from the fact that he's conducted several transactions
successfully with other list members, the fact that he mailed cash
internationally suggests to me that he's pretty trustworthy about stuff
like that.  I wouldn't do that within Canada, never mind
internationally.

Nonsense.  If a buyer does not receive an item within a reasonable time, I
am not going to refund their money instantly.  It's only common sense to
check with the post office and see if they can trace the package.  If they
can't, then I don't have a problem refunding the money immediately.

I agree with the rest of your points, so I'm not picking on them.  :)
