Vested Interest makes very cool (and expesive ones).
Lowepro makes one that not a vest, just a harness.

I have a Domke, but it's not really a great photo vest, as it is shy on
pocket dividers.
I'll likely be in the market for a replacement at some point, so I will be
reading this thread with interest.
