Well us Pentax guys and gals were too busy takin pitchers to fill out a
stupid survey form.
I generally dislike these customer satisfaction surveys. They are flawed
from the get-go.
1. Who got the forms?
2. Were they distributed evenly per manufacturer?
3. As I alluded to, I suspect the people with the most valid input would not
take the time to fill the things out.
