Jens, I am not sure about D, but DS has the flash-only compensation option. Oops, I just checked the manual, and found that for DS it should work only for the built-in flash (p146). Ghm.. I wonder if this is correct? And I was not able to find anything about flash compensation in the manual for D, but found that on page 90 it talks about "daylight-sync shooting" Try if it works for you.. Igor
