But those are people that have been on the list for a while and realize it's a problem. It would be good to put it in for newbies. Mention the reason, that sometimes people do not see the original post and only see the subsequent replies, so they need to see the url in the replies. And that has been a list etiquette that has evolved over time to deal with that. Also, as a reminder too, as sometimes people forget.
