Breeze Browser Pro.
Its a browser, raw converter(seems to only like Canon files) and
HTML page generator among
other
things. It has a dozen or so pre made, editable templates for just
about any style of page
you want. I
have been using the multi index. My equine pages on my site have all
been made using BBPro.
I like the out put, and besides, i paid for this so i want to keep
using this LOL
If you use Photoshop CS(2) or, I think, Photoshop Elements 3, you
have RAW conversion, image editing and automated HTML page
construction all in one package. CS comes with the File Browser, CS2
comes with Picture Bridge for image browsing; I'm not sure what's in
the PSE3 package but there must be something.
iView MediaPro is what I use for image browsing and cataloging,
simple automated HTML page construction. It comes with a set of HTML
templates and you can modify/add more per your needs. It's an
excellent program:

There are both Mac OS and Windows versions. It doesn't do RAW
conversion itself, but it allows viewing RAW files (through their
embedded previews) of almost any description and can build web pages
from the previews, including Adobe DNG files. (Hint: You can run PEF
files through the DNG Converter v3.1 application, which will generate
a much improved and larger JPEG preview, then view and build HTML
pages from iView MediaPro.)
