William this is getting ridicuos.

YOU ASKED ME: "What reasons are those?"
in reponse to my stating:

>> JCO: Pentax has no compatabiliy issues with K/M
>> lenses whatsoever, they just have chosen
>> to not support key functions on the K/M lenses
>> for reasons that remain very questionable
>> at best

So you asked me to give you reasons why
I contend that pentaxes K/M support decisions have
been questionable Correct?

The reasons have all been hashed out in
the thread, I am not going to repeat the
entire thread for you. And if I shortened
it without explantions the argument would
be weakened and only rechalleged again.
ALL OF MY POSITIONS on ALL THE ASPECTS
of my contention are in the thread.

Read it and go back
and see if you can find anything in particular
but for you to just pretend the thread
hasn't occurred because you havent read
it is not very smart or my responsibity
to repeat it all for you here and now..

As far as I know, there are no Pentax reps contributing to this list in an
official, or even unnofficial capacity.
I have certainly never seen a sig file or introduction in a posted email
indicating same.
Therefore nothing written on this list can be construed as official, or even

unnofficial, company policy.
So, if you would be so courteous as to send me even a link to where I can
read Pentax Japan's official company policy regarding their reasons for not
including full support to 30 year old lenses, I would be most appreciative.
This particular thread has gotten rather large to search, as you know, but I

expect you know more or less where this information would be. It would help
to add credibiltiy to your statements on the subject. Thanks for the
anticipated information
