Local store had one of these at the Adorama price so I've finally upgraded from my Bogen 3011. Adjusts from about 6 feet all the way to ground level and solid as a rock. Maybe I can get some use out of the 300/2.8 and F1.7x combination now, the 3011 just wasn't stiff enough.
