Did you get new tires or have any service done around your wheels lately? I once bought new tires and got on the interstate and felt a wobble. I got off at the next exit and discovered that the lug nuts on one tire were only spun several turns. The worker flatout missed that wheel with the impact wrench.

Apparently, they mistook my wife's lug nuts for tranny pan bolts! A
couple weeks ago she broke a lug off as she was parking the car. The
other three nuts on the same wheel could be turned by hand. So I
spent several hours the next day putting in a new lug and making damn
sure the nuts were tight on all of them. A week later they were loose
again. Funny thing is that I had been checking them daily. I haven't
lived here long enough to make enemies. I'm really scared of what
they'll do to me after they get to know me around here. :)
