They used one of those small bags of pre mix concrete (10-15kg or so).
There had been a lot of construction going on in the neighbourhood so
the "tool's" were readily available.

I've posted this before, but the thing that really hoovered was that
it's my first car, & I'd had it for less than 2 weeks when this
happened. :-(

Getting it fixed was the best $420 I've ever wasted.
