It's definitely the shipper's job to mail the item properly. She can
chalk it up as a learning experience that will save her from making
similar problems in the future. Yes, she should definitely pay for
reshipping the item if that's necessary. Just a thought... if the item
wasn't actually mailed because the relevant info wasn't there, then maybe
she won't have to pay shipping again.
