10 years of progress, is always followed by 100 years of reaction to
that progress, leaving a net gain of -90 years. The control and power
freaks never stop trying. Of course they are doing it to protect kids,
fuzzy animals, and us. Especially us; we need to be protected from
ourselves, and they (the control and power freaks) are the ones to do
it. The above reads like paranoid rambling, but the facts speak for
themselves. Notice "the guy had a camera and he was taking pictures"
which was obviously grounds enough for the cops to stop and harass him.
Of course this opportunity was not so prevalent with film, they had to
make an effort to find out what the guy was shooting. Instead of just
taking your camera and browsing through the images.
With film you had a chance. You opened your camera pulled the cassette
out and stripped out the film. Saying, "Here, take a look at what I was
shooting" <grin>.

God forbid! That's even worse... Didn't you read the other
paragraphs
in that law? They could probably brand you as a homosexual
"deviate"
and sentence you to 20 years. At least it looks like that's the
direction laws there are going.

I thought that was reserved for the middle ages?
Texas was probably more civilsed in the Middle Ages. 8-) <- FBS
