Laws passed that restrict such things as photos of subjects in plain view
(regardless of content or purpose) are always eventually struck down by
courts as a restriction of liberty. It may be immediately (often), it may be
a few years (common), a few decades or (in some rare instances) a century or
so. It may even take a reversal by the court, but it's always eventually
done.
