For me too, but then I got a sweetheart deal on the FA200/4 Macro, which
evened things out quite a bit.
I would have gone for the DA14, it is the better lens on DSLR, but I
wanted a full frame lens for film as well.

Hah! I've got an S-M-C Takumar 200mm f/4.0. 2.5 meters is not macro, but
a nice lens...
My longest prime in a K-mount is a 135mm - a Vivitar Ser. I, f/2.3. Also
