Made three changes to the thumbnail page:
- image number is now always below the thumbnail
- thumbnails are now 2 rows of 4 images each, horizontal
- clicking a thumbnail spawns a new window with the image page in it.
that same window is reused as you go back to the thumbnail page and
click another image.
