Seems to me this would an impossible law to prosecute anyway. How could one determine that someone took pictures for personal sexual gratification?
I mean a true pervet might not need pics of nude kids, just kids. But other people take pics of kids for other reasons. All kinds of reasons. I doubt this law will hold up over the long run. Another poorly conceived law by misguided, and maybe non-lawyer, legislators. Not that that is anything new. Marnie aka Doe
