Thats the old Texas. People just generally respect unwritten
trespassing rules around here, and if they are posted, then there's a
little more emphasis on the expectation of no trespassing, and you get
alot less sympathy from everyone, including the justice system, if you
break them.

Gonz!! You make us sound so uncivilized. You forgot to mention that "No
Trespassing" signs are widely and visibly posted, so everyone has all
the warning they need.
