Many advanced users who switched to digital from film may say yes. But for ordinary people, who bought DSLRs because "they must be better being SLRs" it doesn't matter.
Consider that for most SLR buyers, telephoto lenses are more used than wide angle lenses.
I expect that for most users, partial fram DSLR cameras are an advantage.William Robb
