I didn't see this come around earlier, either.

The fuzziness is motion blur, and I rather like that.

The composition doesn't grab me, though: the subjects
are spread out across the frame, and seem disunited,
visually speaking.  If they were closer together, or
if you had been able to shoot them from one end of the
row or the other, the shot might work better.
