I read the other posts and kind of disagree with them. It would take some time but not be than difficult. You just grab some of that grass to the left of the Jeep and clone stamp it all over the vehicles. The time consuming part is inbetween the fence parts. There are short cuts that would save time like cloning out the wire rope fence in the background. You would not want to bother trying to reproduce it behind the vehicles. Also the trailer ramp, just clone it out with the truck, I will bet the client would not want it there anyway. Probably a $100 job rather than a $1000 one, at least for consumer photos.

Another thing you could do if you are likely to get many requests for this sort of thing is go out and shoot the background when there is no event and no distracting things in the background from the point you shoot that jump. Then you can remove everything but the horse, rider, and foreground replacing it with the santitized background image. One of the good Photoshop for Photographers books will tell you how to do that.
