Absotutely!
I've use Pentax equipment for pretty much everything. I've shot weddings and portraiture, product, both small (jewelry) and large (road building machinery). I've shot some sports, both human and canine, rock and roll bands and landscapes.
And been paid to do it all. It's been a good life, so far.William Robb
