Thanks Paul, and everyone. If I didn't already have the two K35s it would be a no brainer. But since my 40 is "terminally ill" it's a bit more difficult.
I'll be as bold as to suggest that you sell one of your K 35s and buy FA 35... I think that having a lens that was *designed* to cover full frame is a potential advantage. And yes, it is faster and it is more normal is AFOV is considered.
