Work the ISO resistor some.
That is, twist the ASA dial thru all the ASA settings.
Do it enough times to get any oxidation off of the contacts underneath.

And also run the exposure compensation ring back and forth, too, while
you're at it.

May as well run the aperture simulator a few times as well. On the LX it is as prone to cause exposure problems as the ISO resistor, I expect this is the same situation on other Pentax bodies.
