Yes, a lot of commercial printing is now done on industrial-strength
laser printers. These generally require CMYK files. You should probably
make your adjustments in RGB, then convert to CMYK as a final step. The
printer should show you a proof of the work before they print the
entire run, although you will probably have to travel to the site.
