It's definitely related to the software, because I've got a Scan Dual
III. Wierd, because CS will still open it and my older scans still open
fine (Done with the same software and only setting difference is 300dpi
vs 72dpi).

Any other image viewer (like IrfanView and ACDSee) works just fine
with those files, but not the PS CS2 :( I've tried to reinstall the
driver and the software - no help.. Photoshop just keep screaming with
"Could not complete your request because of the program error"
message... I've tried to scan a JPG and it works just fine but not the
TIFF.
I've NEVER seen this before. I've researched the internet today all
day and found absolutely nothing ! Did anyone see this behaviour ?
