Rick,It's a screen shot from a half hour US TV comedy show with a guy wholoves
tools as much as Cotty. As for the tie, I guess you have neverseen a break
away tie. Working for a commercial printer 30 years ago,I was told that I
couldn't go out near the presses without having abreak-away tie. The guys
with experience on the shop floor all hadpre-tied ties that just fit on the
front of their shirts. Two shortplastic wings held the knot under the collar
of their buttoned shirt(think plastic collar stays). With a slight tug, the
