The Z-1p seems more than a stop more optimistic about what's
hand-holdable. Now I _am_ getting better at hand-holding, butnot in
the situations I tend to use P-mode...
I've just checked my 1p, and it seems to be the same (i.e. for a
f.l. of 28mm the speed chosen was 1/20, with the 24-90 around 50
the speed changed - while rotating slightly the zoom ring -
between 1/45 and 1/30). Is it the same or the speeds your camera
sets are slower?
Hi Kostas,
Mine are the same.
That settles it, I think. If anything, I'm glad the camera is o.k.
I really dislike that feature of the Z-1p.
I agree. There probabaly isn't a hack/trick/pentax function to rectify the
behaviour?
Mine is also very reticent to change these values with the thumbwheel.
It takes two 'clicks' here: one to switch from HyP to Tv, one to change
the shutterspeed one stop. That is expected behaviour, I think? Or am I
missing your point?
