Not at all.   Moire patterns only occur when two regularly-spaced
sequences interfere (a very good example of an aliasing artifact).
The distribution of film grains in an emulsion is fairly random
(pretty close to a Poisson distribution, to a first approximation).
There is no regular spacing, so there are no interference phenomena.

Whether film behaves as a point-sampled medium or area-sampled
is a whole different question, too.  This one could run and run ...
