Any written work can contain inaccuracies, be an outright pack of lies, contain hidden agendas, or be otherwise spurious. Just go to the bookstore or pick up a newspaper. How's Wikipedia any different?

I think Wikipedia is a very useful resource but it shouldn't necessarily be relied upon. Just like anything on the internet. Occasionally if I'm bored I'll click on the "random entry" link and spend half an hour reading and following links from there.
