David,

On my work computer (Windoze XP), IE6 puts the
thumbnails partially over the photo, and Firefox puts
the thumbs squarely over the pic.  After viewing a
pic, I have to click "Show thumbs" to get the
thumbnails back.  If you wanted the thumbnails
alongside the pic all the time, it's not working for
me.
