I'm not very lion-hearted. I stuck to the easy stuff, and came away with no broken limbs. I went up to the top of a red run, but was so scared I walked back. Next time I go I'll have a few lessons so I can be more confident on the scary bits. It was a lot more difficult than I expected. I did take a couple of days off skiing to walk and get some photos though. I expect to have those processed this weekend, and I'll post anything that might be worth looking at. The snow was great. The skiing conditions were apparently very good. We had a couple of heavy falls overnight that left a lot of powder, which my brother etc. (all good skiers) didn't like, but I liked it. What most impressed me though were the little French kids having their skiing lessons. Tiny little toddlers zipping down the red runs like lines of dinky robots. Cheers, Bob
