Pentax instruction leaflet provided with the flash adapters/cords warnings
you not to put a hot shoe adapter F on camera AND then a flash unit on it.
Why the heck? How can this be different from putting an adapter on camera, a
5p cord attached onto it and a flash unit at the other end of the cord?
Of course, I'm not interested in simply putting an adapter between the
camera and the flash unit. I'd like to add a 5p cord and then another flash
connected at the other end.
What's wrong with this? Is this different from using two external flash
units, properly linked by F adapters and 5p cords?
Uncle Boz says nothing about this setup.
Thanks,
Dario
