This takes the grand prize for the lamest excuse I've seen in a very

This directive has been coming for almost ten years and everybody knew
how and when it would be enacted.  It doesn't take a "re-design". Every
Vietnamese backyard operation is able to adapt to it, so why not
Hasselblad?
