Looks like I could have used a monopod, but it's not *too* bad!
I don't think the "lack of sharpness" is due to lack of monopod. Might be
related to the use of f2.8?

None, and the quality was probably not set too high inside of Autostitch.
Have the exposure data?
1/250 @ f2.8 - camera was set for ISO 400.
Constant focus setting?
I had it focused on the letters on the court. At least that was what I
was trying for! :-)
