Hi, I've been using the Energizer Lithium batteries since I got my first DS. It looks like in Europe they are called "Ultimate" lithiums. Apart from the use of the word ultimate, the packaging seems to be identical, and the claims made are likewise.
Doing a search for "Energizer ultimate lithium" the hits all show European locations. My guess is that the ultimates are the same as the e² sold here. While I've not used too many other brands (just a set of Duracells once), plus the original batteries that came with my first DS, the Energizer has, indeed, outlasted them both. At this point, the set in the cameras has made more than about 1600 exposures and shows no sign of weakening. I picked up an 8-pack for about $20.00 recently. All-in-all, I'm sold on these puppies.
