I don't understand what you're talking about. I don't know what a dynamic IPs is, nor have I clue about open relays. I am, however, rather pissed because, at least until recently, your mail had been getting through to me just fine. My spam blocker has all your addresses (that I know of) listed as good and acceptable. I will contact Earthlink and find out what's going on. I am so effin' sick of spammers and the problems they cause.
